From production to packing: what happens before freight

A customer ordering rice milling equipment from China doesn't see most of what happens between order confirmation and shipment notification. Here is what the process covers before the machines leave our factory.
Production and assembly
Each machine in the order goes through production: fabrication of steel frames and housings, installation of working components (rollers, screens, shafts, bearings), motor fitting, and mechanical assembly. For machines with electrical components, wiring and panel fitting are done at this stage.
Pre-shipment inspection
Before packing, each machine is inspected against the order specification. Working components are checked. Moving parts are verified. Electrical connections are tested where relevant. Any item that doesn't pass inspection goes back for correction before packing proceeds.
Packing for international freight
Export packing for rice milling equipment involves several layers. The machine's moving components are secured to prevent vibration damage in transit. The machine is wrapped in protective film, then stretch-wrapped tightly to the wooden skid or pallet. Vulnerable protruding components are padded or protected individually. Equipment packed for unwrapping and installation. Each machine comes off the pallet, unpacking is straightforward, and the machines are ready for positioning in the mill layout.
Installation and operation documentation. Each machine ships with technical documentation covering installation requirements, operating parameters, and maintenance procedures.
