Commercial Terms (Payments, Incoterms, MOQ)

Which Incoterms can you work with?

FOB, CFR, and CIF as standard; EXW/others on request.

What payment terms are available?

T/T (bank transfer) and irrevocable L/C at sight are standard. D/P or D/A may be discussed. Western Union only for small deposits.

What payment schedules do you support?

Typically deposit in advance with balance before shipment, or L/C at sight—confirmed in the sales contract.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Generally 1 set. Turnkey lines are configured as multi-machine sets per capacity.

Lead Time, Packing & Logistics

What is the usual delivery time?

About 20 days for standard models; custom models depend on specification and quantity. Final schedule is confirmed in the order acknowledgment.

How are machines packed and shipped?

Export-standard wooden packing with rust protection; sea freight by FCL/LCL. Packing photos can be provided.

Warranty & Quality Assurance

What is the warranty period?

12 months from shipment date. Covers manufacturing defects under normal use; wear parts/misoperation/power issues/force majeure excluded.

How do you ensure quality?

Full functional testing and safety checks before shipment; inspection records kept. Test videos/photos and a factory checklist available on request.

Technical & Application

Which grains can your machines process?

Paddy and brown rice; configurations can be adjusted for grain characteristics and target quality.

What capacity range do you offer?

Approx. 12–120 tons/day depending on model and configuration.

Can you match local power standards?

Yes—build to specified voltage/frequency (e.g., 380–415V/50Hz or 220–480V/60Hz). Please verify site power stability/transformer capacity.

How do I get after-sales support quickly?

Send order number, model, issue description, short video/photos, and local power info. We normally respond within 24 hours on working days.

Spare Parts & Maintenance

How are spare parts handled?

Recommended wear-parts kit can be added to your order. Genuine spares dispatched by express or sea per urgency.

Can you test my rice sample?

Yes—send a small batch. We can record a test and share basic output observations.
