The Starlight 30 Combination Rice Mill is a compact, cabinet-style line that integrates cleaning, de-stoning, husking, paddy–brown separation, whitening and broken-rice grading in one balanced package. It’s designed for mills that want stable output and consistent quality without piecing together multiple machines.
• Cleaner + de-stoner with dual screens (6 mm and 2 mm) prepares paddy and removes stones at about 1,000 kg/h.
• A 6-inch rubber-roll husker achieves 85–90% husk removal, sized for 600–800 kg/h.
• The gravity paddy separator (four decks, 850 × 600 mm) splits unhulled paddy from brown rice at 600–700 kg/h.
• A sand-roller whitener (ϕ400 × 150 mm) delivers a milling rate of 68–72% at 600–700 kg/h.
• Raw-grain elevator is 1.9 m; double-link elevator is 2.7 m—matching the vertical layout and minimizing manual handling.
