Modular Rice Milling Production Line (Custom 15–120 TPD)

End-to-end rice processing line combining cleaning, de-stoning, husking, paddy–brown separation, whitening/polishing, grading, color sorting (optional), and bagging. Built to order from 15 to 120 tons per day with modular stations, low breakage, and easy service access.

Key Features

• Turnkey flow from raw paddy to bagged rice

• Modular stations—configure for your capacity and grade targets

• Gentle handling paths to minimize broken kernels

• High-efficiency husking with precise paddy–brown split

• Air-assist whitening/polishing for cooler, cleaner rice

• Multi-deck grading to meet target head-rice ratio

• Centralized controls with clear sightlines and service doors

• Food-grade contact surfaces and dust control options

Benefits

• Higher recovery: optimized separation and grading reduce re-circulation.

• Consistent quality: stable color, shine, and uniform grain size.

• Lower operating cost: energy-efficient drives and sealed air paths.

• Easy to maintain: quick-open panels, standard wear parts.

• Scales with you: add stations as throughput grows.

Recommended Applications

Install immediately downstream of the husker to separate unhulled paddy from brown rice via gravity + sieve action. Suited to medium/large mills handling long- or short-grain at varied moisture, it delivers a steady 3.4–4.0 t/h, stabilizes downstream feed, reduces recirculation and breakage, lowers power load on whiteners/polishers, and improves overall yield and cleanliness before whitening, polishing, and grading.

Service and Warranty

Starlight machines include a 12-month warranty from shipment (consumables and normal wear parts excluded). We provide commissioning guidance, operator training, and preventive-maintenance checklists, plus lifetime remote support via video, phone, and email. Genuine spare parts are stocked with fast dispatch and a recommended spares kit is available for your site. If required, certified technicians can be scheduled for on-site troubleshooting and repairs.

Frequently asked questions

Can you match my existing elevators or silos?

Yes—provide layout and heights; we’ll adapt infeed/outfeed and supports.

Which polisher—dry or water?

For premium shine and dust reduction, choose water polish; for low-water sites, select dry polish with stronger air assist.

Do you supply color sorters?

Yes; capacities and chute counts are sized to your line.

How long to install?

Typical mid-size lines install and commission within a few weeks, depending on site readiness and options.

Two jobs, one station

Pre-Clean + De-Stone, Together

Rotary drum removes large/fine impurities; the gravity deck ejects stones by density—cleaner input and safer downstream milling. Capacity 1.5–2.0 t/h.
