Water-Based Grain Polisher (600–800 kg/h)
1/6

Water-Based Grain Polisher (600–800 kg/h)

A compact water-assisted polisher that enhances surface smoothness, color, and cleanliness at the final stage of processing. Controlled abrasion inside the chamber removes remaining bran film while a small, metered water flow lubricates the grain, limits heat build-up, and rinses fines to the cyclone. You get brighter, cleaner kernels ready for premium retail or export grades.

What it does

• Water-assisted friction polishing for a glossy, uniform finish

• Helps reduce surface microbes and contaminants to support hygiene goals

• Runs 600–800 kg/h with stable output after whitening

• Fast daily cleaning—open the doors, flush the chamber, empty cyclone

• Small footprint and modest power draw for easy retrofits

Why mills choose it

• Raises sale value with consistent appearance

• Cleaner operation—less dust re-attachment inside the chamber

• Simple controls and rugged build for continuous duty

• Integrates neatly after emery/iron whiteners in single-line mills
