100 Series Gravity Paddy–Brown Separator (Models 100×6 to 100×16)

100 Series Gravity Paddy–Brown Separator (Models 100×6 to 100×16)

The 100 Series Gravity Paddy–Brown Separator separates un-hulled paddy from brown rice by specific gravity. A multi-deck gravity screen forms a thin moving bed so materials of different density and size follow separate paths to dedicated outlets. The unit supports recirculation (feed → separate → return → re-separate) to drive purity toward near-100%, boosting post-husking efficiency and whitening quality. Compact, stable, and easy to maintain, it fits new or existing milling lines.

Overview
  • Automatic separation of paddy and brown rice by gravity difference
  • Adjustable deck angle to match raw-grain density and paddy content
  • Recirculating process improves separation purity toward near-100%
  • Rigid construction, smooth running, and straightforward maintenance
  • Raises downstream efficiency and preserves whitening-stage purity
  • Multiple models to match plant capacity and layout needs
Why Choose It
  • High separation accuracy and clean discharge
  • Closed-loop recirculation for better efficiency
  • Works with different varieties and paddy ratios
  • Low noise and low energy in a compact footprint
  • Well suited to medium and large rice-milling lines
Technical specifications

Function: Separate brown rice from un-hulled paddy after the husker; feed clean brown forward, return paddy for re-husking.

Installation & Maintenance Notes

Set the separator on a level, rigid floor with clearance around inspection covers and discharge ports. Anchor the frame, verify voltage/phase, grounding, and rotation direction; set eccentric weights for the specified stroke. Align the inlet with the husker outlet/transition, and ensure return lines to the husker are unobstructed for recirculation.

Commission with clean brown/paddy mix at light feed; then trim deck angle, stroke, and feed rate to reach target purity and throughput. Maintain a thin, uniform bed across the deck.

After shutdown, isolate power and wait for a full stop; brush/air-clean deck screens and housings, check mesh/tension, inspect springs, seals, and fasteners, and re-tighten as needed. Replace worn meshes promptly to preserve accuracy.
