Installation & Maintenance Notes

Install on a level, ventilated floor with moisture protection and clear access to inspection doors, cyclones and discharge chutes. Provide matched power, correct voltage/phase, proper grounding and ducting for aspiration. Align and plumb elevators; verify rotation direction; set belt/chain tension and fit all guards.

Commission empty in sequence (elevators → cleaner/de-stoner → husker → separator → whitener → grading sieve). Start with a small feed and tune de-stoner air/angle, husker pressure & roll gap, separator stroke/angle and whitener clearance/airflow to the local variety and moisture.

For routine care, keep feed steady; monitor current and temperature; clean screens, decks, cyclones and sieve trays daily; inspect belts, seals and bearings; grease per schedule and recheck tensions. Always isolate power and wait for full stop before servicing; wear eye/ear protection and a dust mask when panels are open.
