This machine combines primary pre-cleaning and gravity de-stoning in one compact frame to prepare paddy for downstream milling. Grain enters a rotating perforated drum where large impurities (straw, sticks, leaves) are screened out. Finer debris is removed in subsequent sieve stages. The cleaned grain then passes to a gravity deck that separates heavier stones and mineral fragments by density. The result is cleaner input, safer equipment, and a more stable, high-yield milling line.

Installation and maintenance notes

Place on a level surface with adequate space for inspection panels and discharge chutes. Connect to appropriate dust collection where available. Routine tasks include checking belt tension, cleaning the drum screens and gravity deck, and inspecting seals and bearings at the recommended intervals.
