ZNJ-15 is a combined rice processing system that takes paddy from raw reception to finished white rice in one compact package. The flow combines drum pre-cleaning and de-stoning, a vibrating cleaner, a high-efficiency gearless husker, a gravity paddy–brown separator, an emery-roller whitener, and a broken-rice sieve. Section capacities are matched for smooth running at 600–700 kg/h finished output (≈15 tons per 24 h), with an infeed capacity of 1,000–1,200 kg/h for stable, continuous operation.

Installation and maintenance notes

Install the ZNJ-15 on a level, ventilated floor with moisture protection and adequate dust extraction. Anchor the frame and align both bucket elevators. Verify the correct voltage/phase, proper grounding, belt and chain tension, and that all guards are fitted. Confirm clean airflow paths to the pre-cleaner, de-stoner, husker aspiration, and whitener cyclone.

Commission in sequence with no load: power on control box → elevators → rotary pre-cleaner → gravity de-stoner → husker with paddy/brown separator → 110 iron-roll whitener. Check rotation directions, listen for rubbing, and watch the observation windows. Begin with a small paddy feed and tune: deck tilt and air volume on the de-stoner, husker pressure/roller gap, separator angle/stroke, and whitener knife/roller clearance to suit local variety and moisture.

During operation, keep feed steady, monitor amperage and temperature, and clear chokes immediately. After shutdown, isolate power, wait for all shafts to fully stop, then clean screens, decks, cyclones, and discharge points; grease bearings per the schedule and recheck tension. Wear eye/ear protection and a dust mask whenever panels are open.
