The ZNJ-25 Combined Rice Mill is a high-capacity integrated rice processing system built on the proven ZNJ-15 platform. Engineered to deliver 800–1,000 kg/h of finished white rice, it handles the full milling sequence from raw paddy in one compact station — without requiring additional floor space compared to the ZNJ-15.

Installation & Service

Installation and maintenance notes

Install the ZNJ-25 on a stable, level, and ventilated floor with adequate dust extraction. Check electrical grounding and verify all safety protection covers are correctly fitted before first operation. Commission in sequence: power on the CHINT control cabinet → elevators → cylinder cleaner & destoner → gearless husker → gravity paddy separator → whitening section. Confirm rotation directions and listen for irregular sounds during the initial no-load run.

During operation, maintain a steady paddy feed rate, monitor amperage and temperature, and clear any chokes immediately. After shutdown, isolate power and allow all shafts to fully stop before approaching the machine. Regularly clean sieves, cylinders, and discharge points; replace worn parts promptly. Grease bearings per the recommended schedule and recheck belt and chain tension periodically. Wear eye and ear protection and a dust mask whenever inspection panels are open.
