Install the 110 Iron-Roll Rice Mill on a level, ventilated floor with moisture protection and connect dust extraction to the cleaner–de-stoner, husker aspiration, and whitener cyclone. Anchor the main frame, plumb and align the double bucket elevator, and verify correct voltage/phase (or 40 HP diesel setup), grounding, belt/chain tension, rotation direction, and that all guards are fitted.
Commission with no load in sequence: power/engine → elevators → TQS380 cleaner–de-stoner → 6" straight-gear husker → 110 iron-roll whitener → broken-rice sieve. Start with a small paddy feed and tune de-stoner air/angle, husker pressure/roll gap (φ154×200 mm), separator purity, and whitener pressure/gap and aspiration to suit local variety and moisture.
Keep feed steady during operation, monitor amperage/temperature and elevator tracking, and clear any chokes immediately. After shutdown, isolate power, wait for all shafts to fully stop, then clean screens, the de-stoner deck, cyclones, and the grading sieve; inspect belts, seals, and bearings; grease per schedule and recheck tensions. Wear eye/ear protection and a dust mask whenever panels are open.
