Install the 15 Rice Polisher on a level, ventilated floor with moisture protection and clear access to inspection doors and the discharge. Connect a clean, filtered water supply (stable pressure) with shut-off and drain, plus dust extraction from the polishing chamber/de-powder outlet. Verify correct voltage/phase, grounding, motor rotation, belt tension, and that all guards are fitted.
Align infeed/outfeed heights to upstream/downstream equipment to avoid choke. Commission in sequence with no water and no grain: power → fan/aspiration → main drive. Check vibration and airflow, then introduce a light flow of white rice, enable water dosing, and tune spray start/stop current, nozzle flow/atomization, chamber back-pressure, gate openings, and residence time to the local variety, moisture, and target gloss.
During operation keep feed steady; monitor amperage, outlet temperature, water consumption, and cyclone/dust load; clear any chokes immediately and avoid over-wetting (streaks or clumping). End of shift: isolate power and water, wait for full stop, then clean the polishing chamber, ducts, cyclone/bin, and discharge; flush nozzles, wipe access doors, and check belts and fasteners. Weekly: inspect seals and bearings, verify spindle balance (noise/heat), replace or unclog nozzle tips/filters, and re-tension belts as needed. Always lock out power before opening guards, and wear eye/ear protection and a dust mask when panels are open.
