Installation & Maintenance Notes

Place on a level, rigid floor with space around inspection doors and all outlets. Connect the fan discharge to external dust ducting; ensure airtight joints. Verify voltage/phase, grounding, belt tension, rotation direction, and that screens match your raw grain (12 mm drum; 6/2 mm secondary as standard). Commission with a light feed, then trim drum speed, feed rate, and deck angle/air on the destoner to reach target 95%+ stone removal.

Daily: empty impurities hoppers, brush/air-clean screens, check seals/fasteners, and confirm air paths are clear. Weekly: inspect bearings, belt tension, and vibration mounts; replace worn meshes promptly. Always isolate power before opening guards; wear eye/ear protection and a dust mask.
