Install the ZNJ-15 on a level, dry, well-ventilated floor with clearance for inspection panels, elevators, and discharge chutes, then anchor the frame, align the bucket elevators, connect dust extraction (pre-cleaner/de-stoner, husker aspiration, whitener cyclone), and verify correct voltage/phase, grounding, belt/chain tension, motor rotation, and guarding before startup.
Commission modules in sequence with no load (panel → elevators → pre-cleaner → de-stoner → husker → paddy–brown separator → whitener), introduce paddy gradually, and fine-tune de-stoner air/angle, husker pressure/roll gap, separator angle/stroke, and whitener knife/roller clearance and airflow for local varieties. For upkeep, clean drum screens, the gravity deck, cyclones, and ducts at the end of each shift; check belt/chain tension, seals, and bearings; sample separation purity; and wipe observation windows.
Weekly, inspect the emery roll and rice knife, verify whitener back-pressure and airflow, check elevator buckets/splices and fasteners on vibrating parts, lubricate per schedule, and tighten electrical terminals; replace worn husker rolls or screen meshes as needed. Always isolate power and wait for a full stop before opening doors or removing guards, and use eye/ear protection and a dust mask during cleaning.
