Recommended Applications

Small–medium mills, white-rice finishing systems, grading-before-packing lines, and any operation needing consistent head-rice grade with controlled broken content.

Service and Warranty

12-month warranty from shipment (consumables excluded). Starlight provides installation guidance, operating training, fast-moving spares, remote support, and on-site service by arrangement.

High-Precision Rice Grading

Balanced planar vibration and tuned stroke keep the material layer thin and uniform, separating head rice, medium and small brokens, and fines with consistent accuracy.

Adjustable Screen Angle & Vibration

Screen inclination and eccentric weight settings can be trimmed on-site to suit different varietals, moisture levels, and finish targets—maintaining purity without over-grinding.

Compact Footprint & Easy Integration

A small, rigid chassis drops into existing lines with minimal platform changes. Simple inlet/outlet geometry pairs with most elevators and polishers.

Modular Screen Replacement

Three quick-change screen decks accept multiple mesh sizes (e.g., 3.5/3.0/2.8/2.4 mm). Swap combinations in minutes to hit your desired grade distribution.

Four-Outlet Clean Separation

Dedicated discharge chutes for each fraction reduce cross-contamination and simplify downstream packing, rework loops, and yield accounting.

Gentle Handling, Low Loss & Easy Cleaning

Smooth planar motion protects polished kernels while large access doors and tensioned screens speed daily cleaning and inspection—keeping uptime high.

Intake & Distribution

Even Feed, Even Results

The grader’s inlet spreads rice uniformly across the top deck, forming a thin, stable bed. Consistent layer thickness improves separation accuracy and protects polished kernels from scuffing.

Screen Stack

Three-Deck Precision Sorting

Interchangeable screens on three levels (e.g., 3.5 / 3.0 / 2.8 / 2.4 mm) deliver clean splits of head rice, mids, small brokens, and fines. Quick swaps let you match grades to market specs in minutes.

Vibration Control

Tunable Angle & Stroke

Adjust screen inclination and eccentric weights to suit varietals and moisture. Fine tuning maintains purity and throughput without overworking rice or creating excess brokens.

How It Works

Access & Hygiene

Service-Friendly, Compact Design

Large doors and tensioned screens speed daily cleaning and inspection. The rigid, small-footprint frame drops into existing lines easily and keeps uptime high.

Installation and maintenance notes

Install the grader on a level, rigid floor with space around access covers and all four discharges. Anchor the frame, check power/phase, grounding, and vibrator rotation; set eccentric weights for the recommended stroke. Tension screens evenly, confirm uniform feed, and ensure chutes and dust pickup (if used) are clear.

During operation keep the layer thin and stable; adjust stroke and screen angle only in small steps. After shutdown, isolate power, wait for a complete stop, then brush/air-clean screens and housings, check mesh tension, inspect springs, seals and fasteners, and re-tighten as needed. Replace worn meshes promptly to maintain grading accuracy.
